JRG Sanipex is the world's first plastic pipe-in-pipe drinking water installation system. For more than 40 years, the pioneering JRG Sanipex system has been continuously adapted to the needs of the market. The cone grip union technology guarantees safe, water pocket-free connection at full flow. The pipe-in-pipe technique allows the pipes to be laid directly in the concrete and for the PE-X pipes to be replaced in the protective pipes as required.

Water damage can be avoided

The water-carrying inner pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-X) is encased in a protective conduit. This prevents water from penetrating into the building structure in case of damage. Instead, water escaping from the system flows to the distribution box, which has a warning system, and/or is discharged to the outside through the outlet in a controlled manner.

Impeccable hygiene

The JRG Sanipex cone grip union connection guarantees a secure, water-pocket-free connection at full flow. This takes away the breeding ground on which bacteria and legionella multiply. Generally, the system makes it more difficult for biofilm to form and ensures impeccable hygiene.

PE-X pipes

PE-X pipes consist of three-dimensionally cross-linked polyethylene. The cross-linking significantly improves creep strength, low-temperature toughness and stress-crack resistance, and thus ensures a safe supply of top-grade drinking water in your installation for decades to come.

Multilayer composite pipes

Multilayer composite pipes combine the advantages of plastic and metal. Thanks to the flexibility of plastic and the strength of metal, the pipes are ideally suited to withstand the wide range of temperatures and pressures in both cold and hot water systems.

Fittings and valves

All water-bearing valves and fittings are made of gunmetal. They are sandcasted and state-of-the-art in flow, noise reduction and hygiene. In addition, they are highly corrosion resistant.

Concealed boxes

The pipes can be replaced through the box body. They can be installed in any position and direction.
