Uponor underfloor heating controls

Security issue reporting

You can report any issues in the data security of your Uponor Smatrix IoT product under UK PSTI regime by emailing to customersupport.uk@uponor.com. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your report after the email is sent.

Our product development team will investigate and resolve the issue and will regularly update you of the process. You will receive first update latest within 30 days of sending the report and thereafter every 30 days until the issue is resolved.

Your personal data (name, email) will only be used for the purposes of managing the security issue report and resolving the security issue in question. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy for Uponor Smatrix Pulse App.

 

Security updates

The product supports security updates until 31/12/2027. If the product is connected to the Internet, it will automatically detect and install the updates on firmware once every 24 after the initial connection to the cloud.
This information is also available in the user manuals which can e downloaded freely and openly by any user.
Uponor commits to never shorten the publicly declared period, and to include this information in all advertising that affects the product, both its own and paid for.
Any extension of the minimum security update period will be immediately communicated by Uponor.
