Greenwich Village on Coolhaven
Very recently, the new Little C building project was completed. Fifteen impressive buildings with New York-style architecture adorn the Rotterdam waterfront near the Euromast. Residential towers bring architectural challenges, including increased pressure on the pipes. Nathan came up with a cost-effective solution.
Oval Village
As part of a close collaboration with Berkeley and Malcolm Building Services, Uponor has supplied its Uni-Pipe PLUS multilayer composite pipe (MLCP) and S-Press PLUS fittings to the Oval Village development in central London. The Uponor system was selected over copper due to its ease of installation, reliability of testing and the technical support provided by Uponor.

Refurbishment of a prefabricated building
During the renovation of a prefabricated building in Zwickau, Robinienweg, a low installation height stood in contrast to the desire for more energy efficiency and comfort through underfloor heating. The solution: a slimline combination of Minitec underfloor heating from Uponor and N 440 leveling screed from Knauf.

The Bävern block, located in the center of Karlstad, is a residential building that was completed in early 2023. Skanska, who built the homes, chose Uponor underfloor heating instead of radiators and also a variant that is completely new on the Swedish market and is adapted for multi-family buildings.

Helsinkiläiseen vuonna 1962 rakennettu asuinkerrostaloon tehtiin vuonna 2018 linjasaneeraus, vanhat putket korvattiin Uponor Reno Port -talotekniikkakasetilla, joka sisältää käyttövesiputket, pystyviemärin ja seinä-wc:n sekä vesi- ja viemäriliitännät viereen asennettavaa pesuallasta varten.

Tampereen keskustassa sijaitseva vanha Postitalo sai vuonna 2017 uuden ilmeen kun vanha rakennus remontointiin uusiksi liiketiloiksi ja päälle rakennettiin kerrostalo. Asuinhuoneistoihin asennettiin lämmönjakojärjestelmäksi Uponorin lattialämmitys ja -viilennysjärjestelmä.
Palkitussa puukerrostalokorttelissa ratkaisevat kestävyys ja laatu
Jyväskylään valmistuneen Puukuokka-korttelin kaikissa ratkaisuissa on pyritty kestävyyteen, laatuun ja kodikkuuteen. Asumismukavuuden ja energiatehokkuuden varmistaa myös vesikiertoinen lattialämmitys, joka on asennettu jokaiseen korttelin 186 asuntoon.

Talossa oleviin opiskelija-asuntoihin asennettiin Uponorin talotekniikkahormit kylpyhuone-elementtien yhteyteen sekä keittiön hormeiksi. Aleksi 5 on ensimmäinen uudiskohde, johon toimitettiin talotekniikkahormit ja joissa on käytetty ääntä vaimentavaa Decibel-viemäriä.
