Samalla teknologialla toimiva, keväällä 2023 markkinoille tuotu Clean II puhdistaa kaksinkertaisen määrän vettä ja sopii esimerkiksi kahdelle omakotitalolle. Hollolassa Clean II otettiin pienryhmäkodin käyttöön.

Tampereen keskustassa sijaitseva vanha Postitalo sai vuonna 2017 uuden ilmeen kun vanha rakennus remontointiin uusiksi liiketiloiksi ja päälle rakennettiin kerrostalo. Asuinhuoneistoihin asennettiin lämmönjakojärjestelmäksi Uponorin lattialämmitys ja -viilennysjärjestelmä.

Jyväskylään valmistuneen Puukuokka-korttelin kaikissa ratkaisuissa on pyritty kestävyyteen, laatuun ja kodikkuuteen. Asumismukavuuden ja energiatehokkuuden varmistaa myös vesikiertoinen lattialämmitys, joka on asennettu jokaiseen korttelin 186 asuntoon.

Aleksi 5 on ensimmäinen uudiskohde, johon toimitettiin talotekniikkahormit ja joissa on käytetty ääntä vaimentavaa Decibel-viemäriä.
