Uponor closes the German acquisitions
Uponor Holding GmbH has today closed the acquisition of all of the shares in two German companies, Delta Systemtechnik GmbH and the KaMo Group, as announced on 30 November. The German Federal Cartel Office gave its approval in early December, and the parties concluded the deal today.
The acquisition is aimed at broadening the portfolio and competence of Uponor’s Building Solutions – Europe segment in the increasingly significant hygienic drinking water delivery sector.
In 2104, Delta and KaMo combined generated a total turnover of €32.8 million and employed 119 employees.
Delta Systemtechnik produces fresh water units for central domestic hot water systems as well as heating transfer stations and components for hot water and heating systems. KaMo develops and distributes systems for local and central heating and domestic hot water preparation.
