    Museo Casa Natale Giuseppe Verdi

    Nel 2013 si è celebrato il bicentenario della nascita di Giuseppe Verdi. Roncole, con la sua casa natale, ha sempre rivestito un ruolo centrale all'interno della promozione di eventi e dell'attrazione di flussi turistici. Le ultime celebrazioni hanno aperto la possibilità di intervenire sulla casa natale con opere di restauro, consolidamento statico e il suo adeguamento dal punto di vista impiantistico. L'assenza del riscaldamento interno nel corso degli anni, aveva limitato la visita dei turisti solo ai periodi estivi. In base alle necessità dell'Amministrazione, di estendere la fruizione del bene anche nel periodo invernale, si è dotato l'edificio di un impianto di riscaldamento a pavimento a bassa inerzia termica, sistema Minitec, collocato al piano terra. Il progetto ha previsto di non alterare i livelli dei pavimenti esistenti. Questa tipologia di sistema ha lasciato integro l'assetto percettivo dei locali, contribuendo al risanamento delle murature, del solaio di calpestio e migliorando le condizioni microclimatiche interne.

    Weber Hill Villas

    The Weber Hill Villas are comprised of 24 attached and detached single-family homes nestled along a quiet forest with lot sizes ranging from one-quarter to one acre. These LEED® and Energy Star® homes are ADA-compliant and built to withstand 250-mph, wind-blown debris. With a top-of-the-line design in mind, the team at Dale Hicks and Associates, LLC chose Uponor PEX piping systems for the plumbing and fire safety — a brand they have relied on for years.

    All 24 homes in the development feature Uponor AquaPEX® plumbing systems and AquaSAFE™ fire sprinkler systems with ProPEX® fittings in ½" to 1½" sizes. The multipurpose fire sprinkler systems seamlessly integrate into the home’s cold-water plumbing system, which increases the speed of installation and provides homeowners with greater peace of mind.
