The new business center, which is located at M. Vovcha 18a in Kyiv, is a modern building located in the industrial and business district of the city. Due to its convenient location, this building is a great spot to rent the office as it is situated near by the uptown of the city - so employees will not spend a lot of time on the road to the office and back. In addition, the building itself has a great location because the main transport arteries of the city, such as the subway, city train and tram are very close to the building, but on the other side - the location is also convenient for drivers, because there is enough parking space and it is easy to get with no traffic jams on the way.
This business center was built to increase the total area of office and warehouse space which belongs to the one of the biggest office-warehouse logistics provider, in order to fullfil their own needs, as well as to lease part of the space. The building is equiped with modern engineering systems - radiator heating, underfloor convectors and fancoils which are formed with Uponor products.

Ilmalanlinna, Helsinki
Uponorin uuden pääkonttorin lattialämmitykseen vaadittiin lattiarakenteiden korkotason vuoksi ratkaisu, joka nostaisi lattiapintaa mahdollisimman vähän. Toimiva lopputulos saatiin aikaan tavanomaisesta poikkeavalla toteutuksella, pientalojen saneerauksissa pääosin käytettävillä, matalarakenteisilla lattialämmityslevyillä, jotka nostavat lattian korkeutta vain 15 millimetrillä.

The New Deichmanske Library - Bjørvika, Oslo
Deichman is equipped with Thermally Active Building System - a system for storing the energy in the concrete ceiling. It is primarily a cooling system, but it can also be used as a heating system. When in cooling mode, no energy is used as the heat is drawn into the concrete, only when it is transferred from the concrete and into the water pipes that are cast in the decking. The need for installed power is reduced, and operating expenses are significantly reduced as opposed to in a air-based cooling system. The TABS is cast into the Prefab elements, which is a BubbleDeck construction with spans up to 10.5 meters.
