Uponor appoints Charlotta Persfell as Chief Marketing Officer
Charlotta Persfell has been appointed to a new position as Chief Marketing Officer for Uponor, effective from 23 October 2023. As Chief Marketing Officer, Charlotta will ensure the alignment of our divisional Marketing teams and the global category structure, lead Group Communications and drive the development of the Uponor brand. Based in Malmö, Sweden, Charlotta will be part of the Group Extended Leadership Team and will report to President and CEO Michael Rauterkus.

Charlotta joins Uponor from the position of Chief Product, Marketing, Sustainability & Digital officer, and member of Kährs Group management team. Prior to this, she was at Perstorp from 2014-2018, most recently as Commercial head of sales EMEA Advanced Chemicals and Derivatives as well as Global Lead of Digital Transformation and before this as Global Vice President Marketing & New business Development. During the years 2001-2014, Charlotta held several managerial positions within marketing and branding at the Unilever Group and was Managing Director of Unilever Norway.
