Uponor Board organisation and roles

In its meeting subsequent to the AGM, the Board of Directors elected Jari Paasikivi as Chairman and Jorma Eloranta as Deputy Chairman of the Board.

The Board decided to establish an Audit Committee and a Remuneration Committee, both with the same charter as before.

The members of the Audit Committee are Jorma Eloranta, Eva Nygren and Jari Rosendal, with Jorma Eloranta acting as the committee chairman.

The members of the Remuneration Committee are Jorma Eloranta, Jari Paasikivi and Anne-Christine Silfverstolpe Nordin, with Jari Paasikivi as the chairman of the committee.
