Uponor increases its domestic Commercial Paper programme to EUR 150 million

Uponor Corporation has increased its EUR 100 million domestic
Commercial Paper Programme, originally signed in 2000, to EUR 150
million. The arranger and one of the dealers is OKO Bank plc; the
other dealers are Nordea Bank Suomi plc, Sampo Bank plc and
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Helsinki Branch.

The proceeds of the Programme will be used to fund the short-term
working capital needs.
