    别墅的业主想要实现低能耗和高舒适性的生活。 为了满足客户的要求，我们同时选用了欧博诺辐射供冷吊顶板和地板采暖系统，并利用地源热泵为客户创造一个舒适的室内气候解决方案。整套系统的冷热源配置为15kW制冷量的地源热泵。 项目于2016年12月竣工，系统现已投入运行。

    除了厨房和浴室区域，整幢别墅分别安装了欧博诺Teporis辐射式供冷吊顶板，Uponor PE-Xa管材地板采暖和隐蔽式通风管道。该项目中同时应用了DOAS（独立新风系统）及由欧博诺亚洲工程设计团队设计的辐射供冷供热系统。DOAS覆盖了100％的内部潜在负载（3.2kW）和30％的内部显性负载（3.75kW）。 剩余的显性负载（8.75kW）就由欧博诺辐辐射供冷供热系统承担，并由欧博诺Smatrix Wave Plus独立室温控制器控制。欧博诺 Smatrix Wave Plus允许每个房间独立调节热舒适度，同时高效节省能源。

    欧博诺Teporis系统绝对是住宅别墅项目的理想选择，因其面板可以整合照明，通风装置和电源插座，为家居室内设计提供高自由度。安装辐射供冷供热系统后，家里不再需要散热器，风扇盘管和其他繁琐的设备，帮助业主利用别墅的所有空间。 凭借欧博诺 Teporis石膏吊顶板的高供冷能力，热量通过辐射在吊顶板表面和周围之间交换，而不涉及任何空气对流。辐射供冷供热系统中运行的水，温度在供冷模式下控制在15℃和18℃之间，而在加热模式中控制在35℃和40℃之间，以实现理想的舒适生活环境。

    The Weber Hill Villas are comprised of 24 attached and detached single-family homes nestled along a quiet forest with lot sizes ranging from one-quarter to one acre. These LEED® and Energy Star® homes are ADA-compliant and built to withstand 250-mph, wind-blown debris. The multipurpose fire sprinkler systems seamlessly integrate into the home’s cold-water plumbing system, which increases the speed of installation and provides homeowners with greater peace of mind.
