Instruction sheet for Uponor TruFLOW Jr. Manifold to connect either an Uponor Manifold Adapter or any of the TruFLOW Jr. add-on modular manifolds.
TruFLOW Jr. assemblies with balancing valves and valveless manifolds
TruFLOW Jr. assemblies with balancing valves and valveless manifolds come fully assembled and ready for installation. The manifold body (1" barrel diameter) ends have R32 unions and the loop outlets have R20 male threads. Maximum recommended flow to the manifold based on manifold body diameter is 14 gallons per minute (gpm).

TruFLOW Classic assemblies with balancing and isolation valves
TruFLOW manifold assemblies with balancing and isolation valves come fully assembled and ready for installation. The assemblies are shipped with the appropriate number of TruFLOW manifold actuator adapters (A2630028). Maximum recommended flow to the manifold is 14 gpm for Jr. (1" barrel diameter) and 21 gpm for Classic (11⁄4" barrel diameter).
Stainless-steel manifold assembly, 1 1/4" with flow meter
Stainless-steel manifolds feature isolation valves, balancing valves with flow meters, supply and return ball valves with temperature gauges, and come fully assembled, ready for installation. Targeted for commercial and residential radiant heating and cooling applications, the manifolds are available in 1" and 11⁄4" sizes. All manifold supply and return ball valves feature 1" NPT thread except for 11⁄4" manifold assemblies with 8, 10 and 12 loops which feature 11⁄4" NPT. Note: The 11⁄4" manifolds with 2 through 7 loops are strategically designed with 1" NPT ball valves to avoid adding extra costs while maintaining the maximum flow of the manifold assembly.
Commercial stainless-steel manifold assembly, 1 1/2" with flow meter & ball valve
The Uponor Commercial Stainless-steel Manifold is used for distribution and loop isolation in hydronic hot-water heating, chilled water, radiant heating and cooling, snow and ice melting, and permafrost prevention (cold storage) applications. The manifold features 1-1/2" distribution ball valves with 1" isolation ball valves on the supply manifold for easy loop isolation along with flow meters on the return manifold to balance the loops from 0-4 gpm. The R25 connections for outlet fittings are sold separately and are available in 5/8" and 3/4" compression or 5/8", 3/4", and 1" ProPEX.
Copper valveless manifolds with ProPEX connections
Copper valveless manifolds (type L copper) feature either 5⁄8" or 3⁄4" branches, come 4" on center, and are available in 12-outlet configurations.Note: ProPEX tool is required. ProPEX rings must be purchased separately. Special order only; allow four weeks for delivery.
