UPONOR CELEBRATES RECOGNITION AS ONE OF THE UK’S BEST WORKPLACES™ FOR WELLBEING

To determine the list, experts from the Great Place to Work® institute analysed anonymous employee surveys to understand their levels of wellbeing at work. The analysts assessed how companies support their staff with providing a work-life balance, a sense of fulfilment and job satisfaction. Psychological safety and financial security were also factors that the Institute regarded when deciding the Wellbeing list.
