Grootschalig, modern en voorzien van de nieuwste klimaattechnieken. In 2012 is er aan de Maatweg in Amersfoort gestart met de bouw van een nieuw topklinisch ziekenhuis. Inmiddels is het gebouw opgeleverd en kunnen de patiënten nog beter ontvangen worden dan op de oude locaties in Amersfoort.
De twee oude vestigingen van het Meander Medisch Centrum waren 50 tot 60 jaar oud. Omdat de ziekenhuizen sterk gedateerd zijn, is er besloten een nieuw ziekenhuis te bouwen. Deze nieuwbouwlocatie vervangt de oude locaties en is voorzien van de nieuwste technieken. Op deze manier kan het ziekenhuis weer erg lang mee. Door middel van onder andere betonkernactivering wordt er een aangenaam, comfortabel en gezond leefklimaat gerealiseerd voor zowel de patiënt en het personeel. Het welzijn van de patiënt wordt immers niet alleen bepaald door de medici, maar ook door het klimaat.

A smart retention system for an anti-flooding solution
September 2018 saw the launch of the project for a stormwater drainage system in Rzeszów, almost 26 kilometres long, in the residential District of Budziwój, which partially coincides with the floodplain of the River Wisłok. One of the elements of this system is the retention canal. The project, scheduled for delivery by May 2020, will help to finally solve flooding problems which have been plaguing the residents of this region of Poland.
