EP heating manifolds
EP heating manifold assemblies feature isolation valves and balancing valves with flow meters, and come fully assembled, ready for installation. The manifolds are available in 2- through 8-loop configurations with a maximum flow of 15.4 gpm. The body ends feature R32 unions and the loop outlets have R20 male threads. The manifold mounts on a bracket (A2670006) that comes with the assembly.Pressure and temperature ratings:
- 87 psi at 140°F (60°C)
- 72 psi at 158° (70°C)
- 58 psi at 176°F (80°C)
- 44 psi at 194°F (90°C)
Manifold wall cabinets, recessed mount
Uponor Manifold Wall Cabinets, Recessed Mount, are designed to be fitted into a 2x4 or 2x6 wall or opening. The cabinets accommodate Uponor Stainless-Steel Manifolds, Uponor Engineered Polymer (EP) Manifolds, or Uponor Commercial Stainless-Steel Manifolds for use in radiant heating and/or cooling, snow and ice melting, turf conditioning, and permafrost prevention (cold storage) applications.

Uponor Manifold Wall Cabinets, Surface Mount, are designed to be mounted directly on various surfaces, including concrete block and stud walls. They feature a separable back plate for easy installation and mounting. PVC bend supports
PVC bend supports provide a rigid, 90-degree bend and sleeve for 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1" Uponor PEX tubing runs exiting a concrete slab.
Four-wire thermal actuators
Four-wire thermal actuators mount directly onto TruFLOW Classic, TruFLOW Jr. valved, stainless-steel and EP heating manifolds. The actuators provide individual loop flow control on multi-zoned manifolds and feature an end switch for activation of a relay (pump), heat plant or other auxiliary devices. Wireless base unit
Wireless base units support up to six thermostats and eight actuators (sold separately). The units receive information from the thermostats to open and close the connected actuator(s) and control the flow of water through the loops of PEX tubing in radiant heating systems or supply lines for baseboard applications. The units come with an antenna that mounts directly to the case along with a cable that can be used to remote mount the antenna outside of a metal manifold cabinet. They require 24 VAC for power which can be supplied using the A3500050 50VA transformer. Mounting hardware is included.Note: Not compatible with previous A360 Climate Control Zoning System products.
Quik Trak combo panels
Quik Trak combo panels simplify installations when multiple tubing runs are needed in a tight space back to the manifold. Each panel is shipped with a separate aluminum sheet for installation beneath the panel. Use with 5/16" Wirsbo hePEX tubing only.
