Manifold wall cabinets, recessed mount

Uponor Manifold Wall Cabinets, Recessed Mount, are designed to be fitted into a 2x4 or 2x6 wall or opening. The cabinets accommodate Uponor Stainless-Steel Manifolds, Uponor Engineered Polymer (EP) Manifolds, or Uponor Commercial Stainless-Steel Manifolds for use in radiant heating and/or cooling, snow and ice melting, turf conditioning, and permafrost prevention (cold storage) applications.

Manifold wall cabinets, surface mount

Uponor Manifold Wall Cabinets, Surface Mount, are designed to be mounted directly on various surfaces, including concrete block and stud walls. They feature a separable back plate for easy installation and mounting. The cabinets accommodate Uponor Stainless-Steel Manifolds, Uponor Engineered Polymer (EP) Manifolds, or Uponor Commercial Stainless-Steel Manifolds for use in radiant heating and/or cooling, snow and ice melting, turf conditioning, and permafrost prevention (cold storage) applications.

Four-wire thermal actuators

Four-wire thermal actuators mount directly onto TruFLOW Classic, TruFLOW Jr. valved, stainless-steel and EP heating manifolds. The actuators provide individual loop flow control on multi-zoned manifolds and feature an end switch for activation of a relay (pump), heat plant or other auxiliary devices. All adapter rings to mount to Uponor manifolds are included in the package. Note: See actuator-to-manifold compatibility table on page 96.

Heat-only thermostats with touchscreen

Heat-only thermostats with touchscreen are designed specifically for radiant floor heating. They use fully automatic differential and pulse width modulation (PWM) to ensure each zone or area is comfortable and energy efficient. The touchscreen provides a simple, intuitive display with large, easy-to-read numbers. The thermostat can control room temperature through operative temperature sensing, an optional floor sensor or a combination of both. The floor sensor can be used to maintain warm floors throughout the heating season as well as provide temperature limit protection. The thermostat is designed to operate using two wires, making it simple to install and service.

Powered zone controllers

Powered zone controllers include transformers for low-voltage operations and relays to operate line-voltage controls. Fully fuse-protected, they also include an isolated end switch and built-in domestic hot water (DHW) priority switch. The indicator lights show full functionality of the products wired to the controllers. A three-amp delay fuse protects four-zone controllers. A seven-amp delay fuse protects six-zone controllers.

Pump relays

Single-zone pump relays control the operation of a single circulator or pump from a 24-volt signal. Relay includes secondary low-voltage terminals for boiler operation.Three-zone multi-pump relays control the operation of up to three pumps or circulators from dedicated 24-volt signals. Relay includes secondary low-voltage terminals for boiler operation and DHW priority options.

SetPoint 521 programmable thermostats

SetPoint 521 programmable thermostats are designed to sense air, floor or both temperatures with the ability to select one or the other as the primary sensing point. The thermostats also include multistage functionality along with programmable schedules.

Single-zone snow melt control

Single-zone snow melt controls feature a microprocessor and sensor to effectively melt snow and ice from exterior surfaces. They include a 10K universal sensor and outdoor air sensor and outdoor air sensor for basic control and operation. Note: Refer to the accessories section for additional sensor options.

Single-zone snow melt control accessories

Single-zone snow melt control accessories include various sensors and sensor cups.

Slab sensor 10k

For use with Uponor radiant heating system thermostats, including the Climate Control Zoning System II Wireless Digital Thermostat (T-167) (part number A3800167) and the Uponor Heat-only Thermostat with Touchscreen (part number A3100101), the Uponor Slab Sensor, 10k (part number A9010599) senses the slab or floor temperature in radiant floor heating systems and provides temperature limit protection.

Thermal mixing valves

Thermal mixing valves thermostatically control water temperature ranges between 80°F (26.7°C) and 165°F (73.9°C). The non-corrosive reactive valves feature 1" nominal sweat union connections and a Cv of 2.52.
