ProPEX brass ball valves

ProPEX brass ball valves are a cost-effective alternative for radiant heating/cooling and hydronic piping applications. Both ends are manufactured with the ProPEX fitting for connections to Uponor PEX pipe. The full-port valves are compatible with propylene glycol mixtures up to 50%. Stem extensions can be installed to accommodate up to 2" of pipe insulation.Note: ProPEX brass ball valves are not approved for potable-water applications.

Stainless-steel manifold isolation valve bodies

Stainless-steel manifolds all come standard with isolation valves for easy loop isolation. These components are fixed to the return side of the manifold and are used to shut off the flow of water or water/glycol mix through the manifold port.

Stainless-steel manifold supply and return ball valves

Stainless-steel manifold supply and return ball valves are R32 male by 1" FNPT or R32 male by 114" FNPT that fit directly on the stainless-steel manifold assemblies. The ball valves come standard with temperature gauges for easy visual check of supply and return temperatures.

Commercial stainless-steel manifold assembly, 1 1/2" with flow meter & ball valve

The Uponor Commercial Stainless-steel Manifold is used for distribution and loop isolation in hydronic hot-water heating, chilled water, radiant heating and cooling, snow and ice melting, and permafrost prevention (cold storage) applications. The manifold features 1-1/2" distribution ball valves with 1" isolation ball valves on the supply manifold for easy loop isolation along with flow meters on the return manifold to balance the loops from 0-4 gpm. The R25 connections for outlet fittings are sold separately and are available in 5/8" and 3/4" compression or 5/8", 3/4", and 1" ProPEX.

All manifold supply and return ball valves feature 1" NPT thread except for 114" manifold assemblies with 8, 10 and 12 loops which feature 114" NPT. Note: The 114" manifolds with 2 through 7 loops are strategically designed with 1" NPT ball valves to avoid adding extra costs while maintaining the maximum flow of the manifold assembly.

TruFLOW manifold assemblies with balancing and isolation valves come fully assembled and ready for installation. The assemblies are shipped with the appropriate number of TruFLOW manifold actuator adapters (A2630028). Maximum recommended flow to the manifold is 14 gpm for Jr. (1" barrel diameter) and 21 gpm for Classic (114" barrel diameter).
