Installation guide for Uponor stainless steel manifold. Follow the guide for recommendations to ensure proper installation of stainless steel manifold.
Stainless-steel manifold assembly, 1" with flow meter
Stainless-steel manifolds feature isolation valves, balancing valves with flow meters, supply and return ball valves with temperature gauges, and come fully assembled, ready for installation. Targeted for commercial and residential radiant heating and cooling applications, the manifolds are available in 1" and 11⁄4" sizes. All manifold supply and return ball valves feature 1" NPT thread except for 11⁄4" manifold assemblies with 8, 10 and 12 loops which feature 11⁄4" NPT. Note: The 11⁄4" manifolds with 2 through 7 loops are strategically designed with 1" NPT ball valves to avoid adding extra costs while maintaining the maximum flow of the manifold assembly.

Uponor's 1" Copper Manifold with Lead-free Brass 1⁄2" ProPEX® Ball Valve provides simple and easy isolation of individual loops. Sections can sweat together to extend the number of outlets using a standard 1" copper coupling. Both 1" ends are copper pipe size and require a copper end cap, coupling or transition fitting to make the proper system connection. Do not exceed accepted flow rates for 1" nominal copper.

TruFLOW Jr. supply manifolds with balancing valves
TruFLOW Jr. supply manifolds with balancing valves are used in conjunction with either the TruFLOW Jr. modular manifolds with isolation valves or the TruFLOW Jr. modular valveless manifolds to complete the manifold set. The TruFLOW Jr. supply manifolds with balancing valves allow manual flow balancing of the individual loops on the manifolds. Manifolds are available in 2- to 4-loop configurations depending on model. The manifold body (1" barrel diameter) ends have R32 threads as shown in the picture. Maximum recommended flow to the manifold is 14 gpm.
Commercial stainless-steel manifold assembly, 1 1/2" with flow meter & ball valve
The Uponor Commercial Stainless-steel Manifold is used for distribution and loop isolation in hydronic hot-water heating, chilled water, radiant heating and cooling, snow and ice melting, and permafrost prevention (cold storage) applications. The manifold features 1-1/2" distribution ball valves with 1" isolation ball valves on the supply manifold for easy loop isolation along with flow meters on the return manifold to balance the loops from 0-4 gpm. The R25 connections for outlet fittings are sold separately and are available in 5/8" and 3/4" compression or 5/8", 3/4", and 1" ProPEX.
Copper valveless manifolds with ProPEX connections
Copper valveless manifolds (type L copper) feature either 5⁄8" or 3⁄4" branches, come 4" on center, and are available in 12-outlet configurations.Note: ProPEX tool is required. ProPEX rings must be purchased separately. Special order only; allow four weeks for delivery.
