Use ProPEX LF brass transition ball valves to connect PEX expansion to copper press in domestic water piping systems as well as mechanical HVAC applications in systems containing no more than 50% propylene glycol. These full-port ball valves with stainless-steel stems provide reliable, high-flow performance and allow contractors to speed installations in tight spaces for greater jobsite productivity while offering engineers optimal hybrid design opportunities to meet pressure, temperature, and space requirements. Stem extension kits are available for insulated piping applications to accommodate up to 2" of insulation.

ProPEX lead-free (LF) brass angle stop valves
For point-of-use shutoff at the fixture, ProPEX® straight and angle stop valves are lead-free (LF) brass, chrome-plated, quarter-turn ball valves that feature an ASTM F1960 connection for 1/2" Uponor AquaPEX® pipe and a 3/8" male threaded connection for fixture risers.
For rigid fixture riser connections, use the Uponor ⅜" OD Compression Nut and Nylon Sleeve (part number F5440380), sold separately.
