Karsten Hoppe appointed President, Building Solutions – Europe
Karsten Hoppe (47) has been appointed President, Building Solutions – Europe and a member of Uponor’s Executive Committee as of 1 February 2019. He will join Uponor from MTD Products, where he has been working as CEO, MTD Products EMEA. MTD Products is a worldwide leader of outdoor power equipment. Prior to MTD Products, he has been working in various positions in Hilti Group and Boston Consulting Group. He holds a Ph.D. in Business.

On 21 June 2018, Uponor announced that Jan Peter Tewes, former President, Building Solutions – Europe and a member of Uponor’s Executive Committee, will leave his position as of 30 September 2018.
