Uponor Infra divests it Omega-Liner® business to pipeline renovation specialist
Following the strategic adjustment of Uponor Infra´s product portfolio, Uponor has decided to sell its Omega-Liner® pipeline renovation business to the Danish company Per Aarsleff A/S. According to the contract, Per Aarsleff will take over the entire business related to Omega-Liner®. The deal has no influence on personnel.

The main markets of Omega-Liner have been in Finland, Denmark and the Baltic countries. The business has an annual turnover of close to €1.5 million.
