Invitation to a Uponor press briefing

Uponor Corporation and KWH Group Ltd have today announced a plan for a major industry transformation, which would involve the merger of both companies’ infrastructure businesses into a new joint venture company comprising Uponor’s Intrastructure Solutions and KWH Pipe Ltd. Uponor Corporation will hold a press briefing on the topic today at 11.00 EET.

The briefing session will also be webcast and recorded. The webcast can be accessed through www.uponor.com > Investors.

The webcast is hosted by Uponor’s President and CEO Jyri Luomakoski and KWH Group’s President and CEO Peter Höglund.
