Wastewater treatment plant with wireless alarm system

Clean treatment plants are prefabricated and delivered ready to install with all the needed equipment. After the installation, only the lids are visible on the ground. 

A wireless alarm system with a info panel is included in the plant. The clear info panel indicates when maintenance actions are needed. With the help of the PlantCare app, you can check the details that are needed. 

Clean wastewater treatment plants have sensors that detect if the water level has not risen. In such a case, the plant is automatically put on holiday mode to keep alive the biological mass. Holiday mode can be active for up to 3 months.

Clean wastewater treatment plant offering has two sizes of plants: Clean I for one family (up to 5 persons) and Clean II for two families (5 to 10 persons).

Clean I is designed to treat all wastewater of one family (up to 5 persons). The compact Clean I is ideal for permanent living or for year-round second homes, for almost all properties and for new  building and renovation projects.

Clean II is an ideal solution for detached households of 5 to 10 persons. This two family solution can be used in permanent living houses or year-round second homes. The compact size of the plant, makes it easy to install and take into use.

When planning the installation of a wastewater treatment plant, the local regulations and the environmental office's instructions need to be considered for example

• the choice of outlet location and outlet method
• distance to drinking water sources, lakes, watercourses and ditches
• distance to bedrock
• groundwater level
• topography
• slope conditions
• protective distance to the property boundary
• the access road can handle heavy traffic and proximity to roads
• the wireless communication does not exceed 70 meters to the house
• incoming waste water does not exceed 1 m³ per day

When installing the Clean treatment plant, there are general rules that must be considered before installing:

• Place the outlet so that no backflow can occur to the treatment plant
• Check that stormwater and drainage water are not led to the treatment plant
• Consider local climate and frost formation
• Aeration of the system takes place above the roof of the house without vacuum valves
• The inspection chamber should be installed in the outlet pipeline

For the houses whit basement, an additional Clean pump chamber is needed to deliver the wastewater from the deep sewer to Clean treatment plants. The Clean pump chamber installation is easy with a riser pipe that can be shortened and extended to a needed height.

Clean pump chamber is connected to the alarm system of the Clean treatment plant which makes monitoring from one device convenient for the owner. The info panel inside the house informs when maintenance is needed.
