ProPEX (type L) copper lead-free (LF) valved manifolds

Uponor's 1" Copper Manifold with Lead-free Brass 12" ProPEX® Ball Valve provides simple and easy isolation of individual loops.1 Sections can sweat together to extend the number of outlets using a standard 1" copper coupling. Both 1" ends are copper pipe size and require a copper end cap, coupling or transition fitting to make the proper system connection. Do not exceed accepted flow rates for 1" nominal copper.

Uponor's 1" copper manifold is 6 feet in length and features 24 individual 12" ProPEX® lead-free brass outlets spaced three inches on center.1 The manifold is suitable for cutting to any length necessary to achieve the desired number of outlets. ProPEX Tool is required. ProPEX Rings are sold separately.

Targeted for commercial and residential radiant heating and cooling applications, the manifolds are available in 1" and 114" sizes. All manifold supply and return ball valves feature 1" NPT thread except for 114" manifold assemblies with 8, 10 and 12 loops which feature 114" NPT. Note: The 114" manifolds with 2 through 7 loops are strategically designed with 1" NPT ball valves to avoid adding extra costs while maintaining the maximum flow of the manifold assembly.

The assemblies are shipped with the appropriate number of TruFLOW manifold actuator adapters (A2630028). Maximum recommended flow to the manifold is 14 gpm for Jr. (1" barrel diameter) and 21 gpm for Classic (114" barrel diameter).

TruFLOW manifold assemblies with balancing and isolation valves come fully assembled and ready for installation. The assemblies are shipped with the appropriate number of TruFLOW manifold actuator adapters (A2630028). Maximum recommended flow to the manifold is 14 gpm for Jr. (1" barrel diameter) and 21 gpm for Classic (114" barrel diameter).

TruFLOW Jr. valveless manifolds do not feature flow balancing or isolation capability. Manifolds are available in 2- to 4-loop configurations depending on model. EP heating manifold actuator adapters

EP heating manifold actuator adapters connect the four-wire thermal actuators (A3023522) onto the EP heating manifold. This adapter is included with the A3023522 four-wire thermal actuator.
